17s/18s - January 19th is $115.00 per team. (Coach ref needed)
16's - February 23rd is $115.00 per team. (Coach ref needed)
12's - March 9th is $115.00 per team. (Coach ref needed)
16's - April 6th is $115.00 per team. (Coach ref needed)

Deadlines & Waiting Lists
Deadlines - We use the 2 week deadline policy that the Lone Star Region sets with all sanctioned tournaments. Please make sure to abide by the set dates for all registration needs. (No team will be accepted without payment.)
Waiting Lists - Each tournament has a 20 team max. This is due to only having 4 courts with standardized pool play and playoffs. We will always keep our website up to date with team entries, so please make sure to check for your team's name. If you do see it listed, this means we have received your registration and payment. If your team is not listed, one or both has not been received. If your team is not accepted into our tournament due to our team max being filled, we will contact you immediately to inform you of the situation. We apologize if we can not accomodate all teams that want to enter. Thank you for understanding.

Cancellation Policy
Per LS Region Handbook: CANCELLATION OF TOURNAMENT ENTRY
If a team has entered a tournament, and wishes to cancel out, they must do so by informing the tournament director at
least seven days prior to the scheduled date of the tournament. The tournament host has the option of keeping the team’s entry fee; it is recommended that the entry fee be returned if a replacement team is found.
If a team cancels less that seven days prior to a tournament, the entire team is subject to a regional sanction of a one
month suspension or a two tournament suspension, whichever is greater.
